When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via the contact information provided at checkout.

Please allow additional processing time during limited drops, holidays, and high-volume periods.

How do your hoodies fit?

Our hoodies are designed with an oversized fit.

For a more fitted look, consider sizing down. For the intended oversized fit, order your normal size.

Please refer to our size chart before placing your order.

Do you offer returns?

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection.

Do you offer size exchanges?

Yes.

We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has its original tags attached.

Size exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order information.

We will review the claim and work to make it right.

Are your products limited edition?

Yes.

Many Emori releases are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.

We recommend purchasing during the initial drop to avoid missing out.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be available in select countries.

Additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your location.
