At Emori Apparel, we take pride in delivering premium-quality apparel. Because many of our products are produced in limited quantities and exclusive drops, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases are considered final.
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- General wear and tear
- Normal product variations
- Sale or promotional items
Size Exchanges
We understand sizing concerns when ordering online.
Customers may request a size exchange within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unworn
- The item is unwashed
- Original tags remain attached
- The item is free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with size exchanges unless otherwise approved by Emori Apparel.
Size exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To submit a claim, please provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Description of the issue
If approved, Emori Apparel may provide:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A refund
at our sole discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Emori Apparel is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is lost during transit, we will assist in filing a carrier claim where applicable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely fulfillment.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, changed, or canceled.
Please verify all order information before completing checkout.
Refused Deliveries
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or refused deliveries may require additional shipping fees before being reshipped.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Emori Apparel before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested using order confirmations, tracking information, shipping records, and communication history.
