At Emori Apparel, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

During product launches, limited drops, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once their order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days
  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 1–3 Business Days

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Certain Emori products may be sold as pre-orders.

If a product is listed as a pre-order, estimated production and shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that shipment may occur after the estimated processing times listed above.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the contact information provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Emori Apparel is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error

Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Emori Apparel is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages
  • Delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available in select locations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.

Emori Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Split Shipments

In certain situations, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

If this occurs, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
